Jarayaj,

A couple of things to try.

Make sure you have clicked "Save Locally" after changing the receipt template.

Make sure that the receipt you have configured matches where you are printing 
from in the client.

For example:

The "checkout" receipt goes with the Done button on the "Checkout" screen
The "items_out" receipt goes with the print button on the "Items Out" screen

There may be several receipt templates you need to edit.
