[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Modifying Information on Hold Slips

Hello,

I was hoping someone can explain to me how to have a hold slip print the patron's last four digits of their phone number? We are removing all of our holds from the back of the circulation desk for the public access themselves. Patrons will be able to pick up their own holds.
