[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Maintenance Releases for 2.5 and 2.6

Hello all,

With apologies for the general state of limbo for maintenance releases for 2.5 and 2.6, I just want to quickly note that the next releases are now scheduled for next Wednesday, 11/5.  I also want to mention that this will be the *last* bugfix release for 2.5.  (Security fixes for 2.5 will continue for up to 6 months.)
