Hello,
At our library we want to start gathering data on our OPAC searches. We
have not started yet, but we are wondering what others might be doing
currently. For example, I was going to try to mine our Apache access logs
to get a sense of common queries and query types (keyword v.s. author
searches, ect.). I would be paying attention to various URL parameters that
TPAC uses to try to discern these patterns.
Does any one have any suggestions for us? Any one using any home made
scripts or log analysis software?
Thanks in advance,
Yamil
