[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen Test Writing Day

A poll is currently open to determine when I will be hosting a test writing day for Evergreen code.

I am going to close this poll July 31st.

I am hoping to focus on PgTap tests for this first attempt at a test writing day.

I have a fairly complete set of tests located on the following branch:
