[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] SQL for LC Call Number Range statistics

As a followup to the flurry of posts about statistics by LC call number
range, attached is the SQL script that we employed to pull the report, for
any who may want to give it a try.

Be forewarned ... It will show up every typo, mistake and decision that has
ever been entered in your LC call numbers. Be prepared for a mammoth
project to bring about consistency.
