[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Resetting karma in IRC

+1; also please store a copy of the sqlite database somewhere
(working/random.git?) in case some day we want to look back at how karma
ebbs and flows over the years

(after returning from a weekend vacation with no internet access. None! No
cold sweats even.)
