[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen Test Writing Day

Following up on the QA discussion from the conference, I have volunteered to coordinate a test writing day. In order to avoid conflicts with Bug Squashing day and webby’s Quacking Day, I would like to run the Test Writing day in August.

During the day, I will have Launchpad bugs created pointing to SQL functions that need a test/tests written for them. This requires the use of pgTap.
