[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Authority Control Questions-Maybe a Solution?

We can talk off list if you want.  I don't know if this is something
everyone would be interested in or not.  It would need a bit of work and
testing.  What I put in in the trigger for conditional testing isn't very
robust (it's just a proof of functionality).  I did wite a quick SQL report
and it worked as well.
