[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] presentations

In response to requests for Forsyth County's Hopeless Holds report, here
are the specs.  We run a list of holds placed for pickup within our county
and use the Excel VLOOKUP function to compare TCNS in that report to the
Hopeless Holds report.  If there’s a match, we first look for another bib
rec that might fill the hold (every system has duplicate bib records,
right?).  If there’s no joy there, we contact the patron to let them know
and offer ILL if appropriate, then we cancel the hold.  In case it makes a
difference, we're running 2.6.0 right now.
