I know some of our libraries have pulled out old forms before, particularly when someone has claimed to have had their identity stolen or that someone else has the same name and birth date (which is even true sometimes!) However, even the libraries that keep the original forms with signatures usually only keep them for 3 years, so it has limited usefulness.
