[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Receipt template date formats?

Hi Evergreen,

We were wondering if we could change the format of the due date in
receipt templates.  The %due_date% macro gives us the YYYY-MM-DD
format, but we were interested in getting the day of the week in there
somehow.  Is this a possibility?
