[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Implementation

Hello,
I was wondering if there was anyone on this list that implemented the Evergreen system themselves and what challenges they may have encountered during the process?  We currently do not have an ILS in place so anyone that did implement this system from this aspect I would love to hear from you.
