[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Copy Count Display

I don't think it is whether it is visible in the OPAC or not. It is the
copies that would show up in a search if you checked the box to limit the
search to available copies. So any copy on the shelf available to a patron
if they walked in a library -- whether it is a reference book with a status
of available, but can't be checked out or a status like your Walk in loan
which is on the shelf available for checkout. This would eliminate copies
checked out, in lost, missing, damaged, etc status.

While all counts should be consistent, I would not want the available count
to indicate copies that aren't available. However it would be good if there
was a count of copies in all each status.
