[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Hack-A-Way 2017

I just wanted to send out a reminder that we're continuing to take
proposals for hosting the 2017 Hack-A-Way.  We already have a bid in from
Evergreen Indiana for hosting but the more the merrier!  I will continue to
take proposals until July 31st.
