[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Quick Reports add-on - Bug Reporting

Hi everyone,

If any of you are testing or using the Quick Reports add-on to Evergreen,
I've created a separate launchpad for it in order to collect bug reports
(separate since it's not part of Evergreen proper):
