[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Integrating Acquisition Request form in catalog

Hi All.

It would be very useful and time saving if Acuisition request form for
books can be integrated to Catalog. Users who have logged into the catalog
can submit the acquisition request for library materials. I have seen some
evergreen ILS OPACs have already done this. Can anybody please share how to
do this.
