[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Lost Processing fee question

Hello Glen,

The setting is an Org Unit setting, i.e. the ones you can set via the
"Library Settings Editor".  It should be there under "Lost materials
processing fee".  Does that help?  I know the settings can get rather
jumbled.  You might also need to change your Org Unit context in the editor
if it is being applied at a lower level.
