Thanks for your interest, and for giving this a try.  I just filled in
some gaps in my documentation on the Github repository, which might
answer a few of your questions.  But please also feel free to reach
out (email is best for right now, but I'm also happy to connect over
the phone later this summer).

I downloaded the code and started working though implementation on a test server based on what is shown online, but there looks to be more configuration information needed that isn't shown at this time (such as location of the conf directory, one of the config files has a reference to a JSON file in your home folder etc...).
