[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen 2.12 release candidate is available

The release candidate for Evergreen 2.12 is now available on the 
Evergreen downloads page at https://evergreen-ils.org/egdownloads/.

This is the last opportunity to test the 2.12 release before next 
Wednesday's scheduled 2.12.0 release. We encourage testers to test fresh 
installations as well as upgrades of test databases.

The 2.12 release candidate will also be available for testing by 9 a.m. 
Eastern today on the MassLNC community demo server. Access information 
is below.
