[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Reports - circulation count by call number

Hi Tricia,

We have a report template that filters on owning library, checkout date
(range) and copy location.  The last filter could easily be dropped if not
relevant for your library.

I have attached screenshots of our template configuration.
