Thank you for your help :)

Unfortunately, nothing works, I installed Evergreen 2.12 today, and I
followed the instructions precisely.
I issued the command: (ps ax | grep websockets) as you suggested before, I
think websockets are not running.

I don't know what to do next, I cannot log in to webclient yet :(
