[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Security releases: Evergreen 2.10.12, 2.11.5, and 2.12.2

Hi,

Evergreen 2.10.12, Evergreen 2.11.5, and Evergreen 2.12.2 are now
available. These are security releases; the Evergreen developers
strongly urge users to upgrade as soon as possible.

Evergreen 2.11.5 and Evergreen 2.12.2 also include other bug fixes.

Please also note that because of a glitch during the release process,
the tarball for 2.12.2 is called Evergreen-ILS-2.12.2a.tar.gz.
