Hi Tina,
We do the following:
* Use SQL queries to generate a list of headings in the catalog
* Use a script to pull all those headings from LOC into one huge MARC file
* Upload that MARC file into Evergreen
Here's the script we use; improvements are very welcome:

It's not a perfect process, but it is free (our favorite price). :-)
