[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] SFC Membership Change

Stuart,

There were several reasons for the move

--The SFC does not have a large staff and some requests had a long
turnaround time
--The SFC also had difficulty providing some details in the financial
reports
--There were also concerns on how the SFC responded to some other specific
issues

In many respects, the Evergreen community has outgrown the SFCs capacity to
serve us.
