[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] changing shelving location of multiple items at one time

Hi Diane,

This is listed in Launchpad as a bug which says in the web client you can
not edit items as a batch
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1691861

I tried editing mulltiple items on our training server and got the same
results you did.
