Could I get more details? I have my display fields but I am having trouble finding the correct Base Filters so that I don’t get expired, cancelled and fulfilled holds.

Hi Katie,
Sorry for the delay in responding to your e-mail. The source I used for this template is Hold Request Record.
I hope this helps.

Hi Millissa,
Sorry, I inadvertently sent the previous message.
I intended to say that our report includes the following data:
Hold Type
Request Date
Database ID
Title
Author
Last Name
First Name
Pick-up Library
If you think this report would be useful, I can provide more details.
Best regards,
Beth

So when a patron has too many overdue books, and a title they have hold becomes available, they are blocked from checking out. So when the items are renewed, does their hold reset?
Also, is there a report to see what active holds we have currently?
