[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Migration from Destiny ils

Thank you for the response. How did you handle the migration of
transnational data? @Katie. This is my first interaction with Linux,
Postgresql and Evergreen, so please bear with me if I ask questions
that appear too elementary.
