[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Training for Circulation Clerks session at conference

Good morning!

Our library functioned for years (and years and years) with no organized,
intentional training program for new circulation staff. We now have a
training program and it is making a huge difference in the effectiveness
and comfort level of new staff.

On Wednesday, May 2 at 2:30 p.m. at the Evergreen International Conference,
I will share our training module with YOU and give you information about
where to find the ILS portion of our training materials online.

I hope to meet a lot of circulation-loving library staff in this session.
There will be chocolate.
