[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Issues with evergreen slow or not logging in

Wayne County Is having issues with evergreen giving no errors and not logging in.
The server area gives ok, but after entering password it does not show the usual script running.
When I tried it it took 2 minutes for the script to show it running.
Is anyone else having an issue?
