[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] proof readers for annual report

A quick follow up to my previous email.  We had a lot of people willing to
pitch in and help proof the annual report for which I'm very grateful but
18 people is more than we can use.  So, I used a tried and true random
method of grabbing random names and have already contacted those picked.  I
do want to thank everyone who was willing though!
