[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Our OPAC redesign project

Hi Evergreeners,

Taylor Simpson -- one of our students -- spent the past two terms
working on a new design for our public catalog.  We're very excited
about it, and wanted to share it with the community.

I've attached some screenshots.  Enjoy!  And please let me know if you
have questions or feedback.
