I'm helping co-workers "unofficially" so we don't have any budget for this.

It sounds like you're doing what we're tying to do for free and easy
since we're not adroit with drawing software.

I'd love to see your final product if you can pls. possibly share and
have any time to!

Hi Jeff - It's not free, but very inexpensive: We've been using a
WordPress plugin called DrawAttention (https://wpdrawattention.com/) and
it's very easy to use. I think we paid $75 for the full version, and a
slightly smaller annual maintenance fee.
