[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Future of Evergreen: Brainstorming

We've posted the ranked results from the very active 'Future of Evergreen'
brainstorming session at the 2018 Evergreen International Conference:

This session was not tied to any specific development initiative or
funding, but instead meant to take a step back and gauge where Evergreen is
now and where we, as a community, would like to be. There were a lot of
excellent ideas identified for new development and for areas of
improvement. As the initial push of the web client development wraps up,
and as more developers join the community, this will hopefully serve as a
source of ideas for future projects.
