[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Possible Web Client Bug: Copy Buckets

Thank you, Tina and Elaine, for verifying my observations. I created a new bug for this: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1758381. I also amended bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1437104. This addresses general Webby sorting issues, but, up until now, buckets weren't mentioned.

Seem randomly to me. Attached is what I see. The right column is the sequence I scanned the items, from top to bottom.  The left is how they appear in the bucket.
