Hi Susan -
The workstation just needs to be assigned to the computer. For example, our circulation desk has 4 computers all with their own workstation name, but we can use different/individualized credentials to log into Evergreen on each. The workstation logs the WHERE of an action and the login info logs the WHO.
The permission needed to create workstations is REGISTER_WORKSTATION. If you have this permission, use your credentials to log in on that initial login screen, then create the workstation when prompted.

There are a total of five staff who use the two computers. Do each one of them need their very own unique workstation name instead of them sharing the few we have?

Your workstations have likely lost their registration due to cookies being cleared in Chrome. You'll need to contact the administrators at your library or contact BC Libraries Cooperative (as you're a Sitka
library) for further assistance.
