Hi Jordan,

If your library has Microsoft 365, there is “Microsoft Teams” that is a private instant message chatting program. We use it in my library system.

Subject: [OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] IM/Chat Sugesstions

Hello all,

Our consortium is looking for chat/IM platform to help facilitate smoother communication when troubleshooting various tech problems we face. Email is nice but it has its limitations.

I am curious if anyone one else is using one of the various platforms out there and the "why" for choosing it.

Thanks,
Jordan
