[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] adding a picture to header and footer

Hi Bill,

You will need to upload the image file to a secure (https) web site so that
you can get a URL for it, and then use HTML to add that to your print
templates. For example:

style="width:150px;padding:5px;">
