[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Password Reset Action Trigger Frequency

Hi, all.

We've had some comments from staff and patrons about how long it takes
for password reset emails to be sent.  We're currently running the
action trigger for this with its own granularity once every 5 minutes.

I'm writing to ask what frequency other sites run this trigger.

We're thinking of running it once per minute.
