[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen Self Check and Multiple Languages

Hello,

Is anyone currently running the Evergreen self check in multiple  
languages or can give us guidance on how to do so?

We'd like to have the self check available in both English and French  
but there doesn't appear to be a locale picker in the self check  
codebase to enable French as an option. Is there a different way to  
enable the translated self check?
