[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Another carousel question

Terran,

The parameters are mentioned in the Other administrative features section
of Carousels documentation. With the parameters you can display a specific
carousel by id, alter the image size, width (how many titles to display),
turn on animation, and set the animation_interval.
