[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Feedback Fest: Day 4 Update

   - We now have a whopping 38 patches that have been signed off on!
   - 7 more patches have been loaded onto one of the sandboxes (Bite-Sized
   Group 6)
   - Several brand new Angular admin interfaces are loaded and could use
   additional testing and feedback, as well as the new feature change to
   consolidate the patron notes, alerts, and messages into a single interface
   (Larger Component Groups 5 & 6)
