[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Carousels in 3.4

[Beth Longwell]

Evergreen library staff,

We just upgraded to 3.4.1 and I'm trying to set up carousels. I created a
carousel and was able to save it but the bucket field is empty.

For those using 3.4, was there any additional setup required?
