As usual here is the Outreach report in advance of today's board meeting.

The annual report is nearly to the proofing stage and on schedule. An early draft will be shared with the board soon.
We continue to add content to Youtube monthly and are adding videos to the website.
We've released two press releases, for the conference and the VPAT.
One institution has already expressed interest in hosting the 2025 Hack-A-Way but we will leave the window open for a bit longer.
