So, you were listed but cut off on the PDF. My understanding is that anyone who served as a board member at any point in the reporting period (calendar 2024 in this case) should be listed.

As we discussed at the board meeting, we have a motion (from Ruth) and a second (from Joe) to approve the draft 990 for 2024. Once you have reviewed it (TEP 2024 draft3-Form990Package.pdf), please reply with either AYE (approve to file), NAY, or with any questions/comments.
