Hi everyone! There are three test servers up and running loaded with the 3.15 beta version that is ready to be put through its paces prior to 3.15 being released, plus additional proposed bug fixes that are ready to be tested: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JCOW8yOH7DyzBqWXuNNl1Q8Ncl1xobttsfn… Description of the spreadsheet: - General Info Tab - links to information about Feedback Fest and general resources such as how to sign off on a proposed bug fix - Test Servers Tab - links to the test servers and information about each of the proposed bug fixes that are installed on each of them - Open Pull Requests Tab - a full list of all of the proposed bug fixes (whether they are installed on one of the test servers or not) - Patches Signed Off During FF - a list of the bug fixes that have been tested and approved this week - Statistics During FF - our overall score card for the week Please let me know if you have any questions! Bugs to add heat to for 3.14

Hi everyone, Just sharing a couple cataloguing-related bugs for Evergreen 3.14 that I think could use a little more heat: 1. Bib merging from record buckets no longer takes you to final lead record after clicking "merge": https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2098712 2. Angular record buckets missing important bib information: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2095021 3. Add to bucket modal doesn't display shared buckets: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2083859 4. Inline catalog search in 3.14 does not function well: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2095113 (I'm missing the record query function in buckets!) Thanks! Question about database fields

Hey all, New here. Feeling a little overwhelmed with the reporting side of things. At the moment I'm trying to run a report to see how many items were deleted from our catalog each month. I tried using "Last Edit Date/Time" field, but that doesn't seem to work. I saw in some of the documentation that there's a "Delete Date/Time" field, but I can't find in! Any suggestions for where to look for this field? Additionally, is there any document that talks about ALL of the fields, what they mean and where to find them? No Evergreen Cataloging Interest Group Today

*Announcement: The Evergreen Cataloging Interest Group will not meet today.* *Due to various conflicts this week, the Evergreen Cataloging Interest Group meeting scheduled for today, Tuesday, March 11, 2025, has been cancelled. * We apologize for the late notice. The meeting will be rescheduled for later this month. The Cat IG Organizing Committee is working together to find an alternative date to announce in the next few days. The planned program on *“Evergreen & Aspen”* to be presented by Sierra Chastain-Rittue from C/W MARS this month will be postponed until the April meeting (on April 8 at the usual time). Mark your calendars now for that program! Please watch the list for an announcement of the rescheduled March meeting date & time. Please consider adding heat

We upgraded to 3.13 a couple of weeks ago and have since found that editing the fixed fields in the Enhanced Editor isn't working right. A ticket was already existing for this issue, so please consider adding heat. This can really put a wrench in a good cataloging flow!
