Question about database fields

Hey all, New here. Feeling a little overwhelmed with the reporting side of things. At the moment I'm trying to run a report to see how many items were deleted from our catalog each month. I tried using "Last Edit Date/Time" field, but that doesn't seem to work. I saw in some of the documentation that there's a "Delete Date/Time" field, but I can't find in! Any suggestions for where to look for this field? Additionally, is there any document that talks about ALL of the fields, what they mean and where to find them? Authorities editor in 3-14-4

Hello CIG! Happy Almost-Spring. NFPL recently updated to 3.14.4. One major change I've noticed is the reordering of the fixed fields in the Authorities editor I've attached screenshots of before (title) and after (post-update). Is there any way of rearranging them so they are better aligned with the MARC 21 order? loan duration and renewals question

Hey all, Newbie question I'm hoping someone can help me with. I'm trying to figure out how the "Circulation Duration Rule" is linked to the bib record? I'd like to apply the "7_days_0_renew" to a record, but all I see in the "Holdings Editor" is the "Loan Duration" and the only options for that are short/normal/long. I'm not sure where short/normal/long are even defined. What am I missing??
