On behalf of this month's point/maintenance release team of Andrea Buntz Neiman (Equinox Open Library Initiative), Michele Morgan (NOBLE), Blake Graham-Henderson (MOBIUS), Martha Driscoll (NOBLE), and myself (ECDI), I'm pleased to announce the availability of the 3.13.11, 3.14.6, and 3.15.1 versions of the Evergreen ILS.

This month marks the final regular release for the 3.13 series with only security updates from here on out.
