Yes, you can submit ideas for new features at https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen using the "Report a Bug" button and then describing in detail what you would like it to be able to do. It can help to include use cases (aka scenarios) where the change would be helpful.

Be sure to search (or use the tags to browse) first to see if someone else has already submitted the same idea - there are quite a lot of Wish List tickets already entered.
