Is this for the Evergreen Conference? In 2023 registration was $250 for full conference and $80 pre-conference.

Speaking as someone who used to budget for face-to-face conferences, I would do a ballpark budget of $2500 to include hotel, transportation, registration, and food. A lot depends on when flights are booked. And whether registration is early bird or not.
